When will people see my listing?
As soon as Stripe approves the charge.
Nothing waits in a review queue, so job seekers can find your listing seconds after checkout.
How long does a listing stay up?
30 days from the day you pay.
Fill the seat early and we will remove it as soon as you email us.
Will I be billed again later?
A single listing never bills again: it is one payment, with no renewal and nothing to sign.
The monthly slot plans, made for companies that hire constantly, are billed each month, can be cancelled at any point, and leave your listings up until the end of the month you have paid for.
How does a slot work?
Each slot holds one live listing.
The 10-slot plan lets you run ten openings at the same time, in any combination of roles, branches or job sites.
When one is filled, put your next opening in that slot as many times as you like at no extra cost.
Listings in a slot don't expire for as long as your plan stays active.
Am I locked into a monthly plan?
There is nothing to sign and no minimum stay.
Cancel when you want; listings remain up through the end of the month you paid for.
Founding Partner pricing is held for 24 months as long as the plan stays active, and if you cancel and return later, the rate in effect at that time applies.
Can one post cover a fitter and an apprentice?
List them separately.
Fitters, apprentices and helpers search different role pages, so a post for each role reaches the people who want it.
For a mixed position, such as an inspector who also handles service calls, choose the role that takes up most of the week.
How can I pay?
Payments go through Stripe, which takes all major credit and debit cards.
Your card details stay with Stripe and are never sent to our servers.
Can I edit a listing after it goes live?
Yes.
Email support with the change, such as new pay, a different certification requirement or added travel pay, and we will update it for you.
Are refunds available?
If you were charged twice or by mistake, you get a full refund.
Because listings go live immediately, any other refund must be requested within a short window, which the Refund Policy lays out.
