Send any question to [email protected]; a person, not a bot, reads it and writes back.

Mention the job title and the company name so the right post turns up fast.

If the question involves a payment, add the receipt number from Stripe as well.

Sprinkler, alarm and service employers

  • Listing an opening — head to Post a Job; your listing goes public once Stripe approves the charge. The pricing page breaks down what comes with Standard, Featured and each monthly plan.
  • Changing or taking down your post — email us from the address you paid with and tell us which job it is. We can change the pay, the certification or NICET level you ask for, the type of work (new install, service, inspection, design), on-call or travel details, or remove the post as soon as the position is filled.
  • Payments and refunds — our refund policy explains which charges qualify, and quoting the Stripe receipt number gets a request handled sooner.

Fitters, technicians and inspectors on the job hunt

  • Applying— pressing Apply opens the hiring company's own application form or email. We never handle your resume or answers; they reach the employer directly, so questions about interviews, background checks, certification checks or a start date belong with that employer.
  • Reporting a listing — when a post seems like a scam, shows pay or a certification requirement that doesn't match the company's own ad, or the position has already been filled, email us the job title and employer and we will check it.
  • Cost — nothing. You can search and apply for free, with no sign-up of any kind.
