Each single FireProtectionHires listing is a one-time payment that never renews, and it goes public as soon as checkout is complete.
Fitters, alarm techs and inspectors may open it within minutes, which is why a refund without a reason is only available for a short time.
An error in billing that is our fault gets fixed whenever you spot it.
Our billing errors: a full refund every time
- You were billed two or more times for one listing.
- The charge went through, yet a problem on our end kept the listing from ever showing up.
- A payment you did not approve, after we confirm that it was unauthorized.
Changed your mind? You have 48 hours
Tell us within 48 hours of your payment and we will remove the listing and refund every cent.
You don't have to explain why.
Once 48 hours have passed
At that point fire protection job seekers have had the listing in front of them for two full days, which is the service you paid for, so a refund is no longer available.
Hiring someone quickly does not reopen the window.
If your new fitter or technician accepts in week one, we will remove the listing when you ask, though the rest of its 30 days is not refunded.
When something out of the ordinary has happened, contact us regardless and we will weigh your case individually.
What we do not refund
- A listing we removed because it violated our Terms & Conditions, such as pay that misleads, wording that discriminates, a company that does not exist or a position that is illegal.
- A smaller applicant pool than you expected, or applicants missing the certification or license your work calls for. We publish and promote the listing, yet no job board can guarantee how many people respond or that anyone accepts.
Asking for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to pay, with the job title and your Stripe receipt number in the message.
Any refund we approve is returned to the original card.
It typically appears through Stripe in 5–10 business days, but the precise timing depends on your bank.
